A young firm doing groundwork the old-fashioned way.
NMH Groundworks Ltd was set up in Stockport in 2024 with a simple idea: dig properly, build a proper base and finish it to a standard you'd want on your own house. Two years on, we're an award-winning team working across the North West.
What we believe
The bit you can't see is the bit that counts.
Anyone can make a driveway look good on the day it's finished. Making it look good in ten years comes down to the dig-out, the sub-base, the edging and the drainage, the parts that get covered up.
That's why we call ourselves a groundworks company first. Whether it's a resin driveway in Heaton Chapel, a tarmac frontage in Sale or a full back garden in Whaley Bridge, every job is built from the ground up by our own team.
We work with homeowners, property developers, house builders and commercial clients, and we use trusted local suppliers and specialists like D and G McKenna, Monton Fencing and TA Resin.

Dig-out, sub-base, edging and surface by our own team. We keep the site tidy and you updated every day.
