We plan the levels so water runs away from the house, set every slab on a full mortar bed and finish the joints so they stay tight. Choose from Indian sandstone, porcelain, block paving or a seamless resin bound patio like the one we built in Chadderton, with steps and kerbs to match.

FAQs
Patios questions.
Porcelain or sandstone?
Porcelain is very low maintenance and doesn't stain. Sandstone is natural and warmer underfoot but needs sealing. We'll bring samples to the site visit.
Can a patio be resin bound?
Yes. Resin makes a seamless, permeable and slip-resistant patio, and it works well with block borders and steps.
