Pricing FAQs
About our prices.
How much does a new driveway cost?
It depends on the size, the surface and how much needs digging out. As a guide, most two-car resin or tarmac driveways in Greater Manchester come in between £4,000 and £8,000. Try our cost calculator for a ballpark, then we'll give you a fixed written quote after a free site visit.
Do you charge for quotes?
No. Site visits and written quotes are free and there's no obligation.
Will you take away the old driveway?
Yes. Dig-out, waste removal and disposal are included in every new-base quote.
Why is a new base more expensive than an overlay?
A new base means digging out 200–250mm, removing the waste and building a compacted sub-base. It's more work, but it's what makes a driveway last. An overlay is only right when the existing surface is sound and drains well.
