Two resin driveways on one street.
Two neighbouring homes transformed with permeable resin driveways, plus a modern composite fence on one.
The job
When one neighbour saw the first driveway taking shape, the house next door booked in too. Two resin bound driveways on the same Chadderton street, both built on new bases.
We broke out the old slabs and concrete, dug down to formation and built compacted sub-bases before the resin went down. One property also got a modern composite fence for privacy and a clean, contemporary finish.
Both driveways are durable, low maintenance and porous, so rainwater drains straight through instead of pooling.
Before & after
Same spot, a few days apart.
